Surface Species

Synchronized Melamine Board

In the final stage of production, melamine boards undergo hot pressing for lamination. If the press plate carries a grain texture, it can imprint subtle patterns onto the plywood surface. When these imprints align perfectly with the printed wood grain on the decorative paper, the result is what we call a Synchronized Melamine Board.

Melamine Boards Uses

Melamine boards are widely applied in furniture production, particularly for office desks, wardrobes, cabinets, and bathroom vanities. To achieve durable results, factories demand a stable and high-quality core material. In China, manufacturers typically choose plywood, MDF, or particleboard as the substrate for laminating these panels.
